Izvleček:In the city of Loja business management should be geared towards meeting the needs of families, for that companies should emphasize the definition of its administrative structure, functional organization and thus having better performance to serve the community .Currently we are experiencing a time of change, characterized by globalization, the development of technology and information management, situations that make the environment evolves faster and becomes highly competitive. In these circumstances, organizations must fight to survive, maintain and improve its market position over the other. The following research paper entitled “Strategic Plan for the Pharmacy Farmared’s 's Queen of Cisne Loja city " , is intended to contribute in some way to the management being made by the directors of the pharmacy that will achieve long-term performance of its activities and achieve better results in their daily work . In this research work we have objectives which are: Develop a situational analysis of pharmacy Farmared’s Swan Queen city of Loja, in order to know the current status of the company, Conduct a SWOT analysis, develop the high-impact matrix to analyze the key points of the company, determine the strategies to achieve a better position in the market and develop a proposal for the Modern Clinical services company in order to solve the problems existing in the same. The study was conducted planning and management within the sub-themes: concepts, objectives, importance literature form the basis of this research work, the methodological process 7 used in the development of this research work required a proper selection of methods techniques and instruments to be used. As the foundation is the scientific method with the resulting derivatives as are the inductive - deductive, which allowed to performer each of the activities planned for the study with the intention of seeking the right path for compliance. As techniques used in the development of this work we employ direct observation on the premises of the pharmacy , the interview which was applied to the Managing Owner and the people working in it and , surveys which were answered by a sample of pharmacy customers , amount determined by the formula set development . The techniques required of the prior formulation of appropriate instruments allowed execution. In the external analysis established the political, economic , social and technological factors involved in the pharmacy , then internal analysis was performed in order to know the current status of the pharmacy after performing the analysis used to identify the strengths , weaknesses and opportunities to seize , to counter threats Besides detailing the historical background, business philosophy, and material resources, human and economic base which generates the proposal will help to improve the operation of the pharmacy Farmared’s Reina del Cisne. After this was done the presentation and discussion of results which was the starting to perform the same as the proposal consists of the Mission, Vision, Values and Principles. Through the proposed Strategic Plan is intended that 8 the company has a vision understanding of the situation in which it is found to provide an excellent service in the sale of products to customers and make a proposal to allow the company to develop its activities in an efficient and competitive with other pharmacies of the same kind. The strategic objectives are aimed to improve the functioning of the pharmacy and thus attract more customers and financial resources. Below are the following: 1. Establish functional organizational structure that the company should have the same it will release the functions of each employee. 2. Establish a home delivery program in order to get more and better clients. 3. Establish agreements with public and private entities to achieve greater acceptance of products offered at the pharmacy. 4. Establish a program of promotion and advertising to attract new markets. 5. Increase training plan to improve the functions of each of the employees of the pharmacy. These strategic objectives are proposed in order to increase innovation, productivity, performance and positive attitude of employees and social responsibility that make Farmared’s Pharmacy. Finally, it presents the Conclusions and Recommendations that were reached at the end of this work them, which will constitute a fundamental contribution to the pharmacy. Then conclude with the Bibliography, where the authors cite that helped in the development of the issues contained in this work, and Annexes which are the means by which the information was necessary for the development of this work. The budget for this Strategic Plan includes an amount equal to $ 7,719.10 dollars.
