The research begins with the market study where the results of the acceptance of plastic bottles made from recyclable material to bottled water through the applied survey, and the investigation of historical data related to the product, as well as the Quantity of product that the consumer is willing to buy at an affordable price and the marketing plan to be established in case the project is launched In the market study carried out in the province of Loja, with a sample of 6 companies that pack water and 2 distributors of packaging to package water marketers; Tabulated the surveys have been analyzed and the results have been inferred to then carry out the market analysis, determining the Potential Demand of 1,560,024 plastic containers, Real Demand 1,294,820 plastic containers, Effective Demand of 1,035,856 containers of Plastic for packaging water, The Offer of 480,006 plastic containers and the Unsatisfied Demand of 555,850 containers of plastic to pack water, which allowed to determine that the project can and should be executed, for the results obtained in the analysis of the demand, the offer And marketing levels of this product. The installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able to produce 503,120 containers of plastic to pack water and the capacity used 6 will be 402,496 plastic containers, in addition it is determined the location of the same that will be located in the city of Loja, in The streets Av. Jaime Roldós and Salvador Bustamante Celi. The production process demands the use of suitable machines and equipment, which will guarantee a quality product at moderate prices. Next, the engineering of the project is developed, determining the process diagrams, the characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements such as equipment, installations, furniture and appliances. Likewise, an administrative study was carried out, determining as a Limited Liability Company, and with the functional organizational structure at the hierarchical levels, both Legislative, Executive, Adviser Level, Support Level, Operational Level, as well as function manuals, organizational charts; Which served as a guide to implement a good organization, as the following staff will be: Manager, a Secretary, a Custodian-Guardian, an Accountant who will be part of the Administrative staff, and the operational staff distributed as follows: a Chief Of production, a Head of Sales, Two Workers, and a salesman. The project reaches an investment of $ 54,291.15 and will be financed with a contribution from the partners 31.05% of the total investment corresponding to $ 24,291.15 and a loan that will maintain the project with the Banco de Loja 7 will constitute the 68.95% corresponding to 37,000.00 dollars to 5 years term at 15% annual interest. The financial evaluation presents the following results: According to the NPV of the present project gives us a positive value of $ 26,237.52, indicating that the project or investment is convenient. For the present project the IRR is 33.76%, being this satisfactory value to realize the project, the time that would be required to recover the original investment would be 2 years, 1 month and 5 days, for the present project, the sensitivity values Are less than one, therefore the project does not affect changes in costs increased by 19.88% and revenues decreased by 13.25%, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes.
