Opis
Streszczenie:This research project details the design and construction of a prototype of a CNC lawn mower, capable of controlling movements and following trajectories in the three axes (X, Y, Z) during pruning of figures on the lawn, automated and coordinated. This project is a new application in the CNC world, in order to modernize lawn mowing and face the new technological challenges that arise in the globalized world. This project began compiling relevant information, both on lawn mowing and CNC machine tools, to establish the parameters and initial requirements for the prototype's operation, allowing to raise different solution alternatives and being able to evaluate them based on strict criteria according to their characteristics, to choose the best option and pose a relevant design methodology. Through this, based on the proposed methodology, the electromechanical design is carried out, in which the constituent elements of the cutting system, mechanical system and electrical, electronic and control system are dimensioned and selected, which make up the prototype, without forgetting the operator safety. Subsequently, the structural parts are manufactured and the mechanical, electrical and electronic elements and devices are assembled, considering the design characteristics that each one of them must have. Furthermore, the control interface software is implemented, where the human-machine interaction is processed, through the exchange of information between the prototype and the operator. Finally, the proposed design specifications and the operation of the prototype are inspected, evaluated and verified through several electromechanical tests. In addition, a financial analysis was carried out to find out the costs involved in the implementation of the Prototype of a CNC Lawn Mower.
