Desarrollo de una propuesta de turismo accesible para personas con discapacidad física y visual en los atractivos turísticos culturales del centro histórico de la ciudad de Loja.

The present research work focused on knowing the level of barriers to accessible tourism existing in public buildings that hinder access to tourist services, as well as presenting alternatives for improvement towards an increasingly frequent participation in accessible tourist activities, for the benefit of people with physical and visual disabilities, as a trend in current tourism entitled "Development of an accessible tourism proposal for people with physical and visual disabilities in the cultural tourist attractions of the historic center of the city of Loja", has as its main objective designing an accessibility proposal for people with physical and visual disabilities in the cultural tourist attractions of the historic center and as specific objectives to diagnose the current and accessible situation of the attractions; Prepare a proposal to improve guidelines and propose strategies that facilitate the development of accessible tourism in the cultural tourist attractions of the historic center of the city of Loja. The methodology based a qualitative, quantitative, descriptive and analytical work based on the application of bibliographic review techniques, interviews, problem tree. Additionally, information was collected through an on-site visit and a focus group with those directly involved in the research problem. In the same way, Carla Ricaurte's methodology was applied for the tourist diagnosis and the sheets proposed by the MINTUR and the DALCO criteria of the INEN regulations. As results, it was possible to determine the deficient management in terms of the development of accessible tourism in the city of Loja, such as the lack of accessible infrastructure in cultural tourist attractions and their devaluation, non-existence of accessible tourism offer and inclusive activities and inefficient management of the authorities facing the development of tourism for all. To finish the research work, conclusions were raised based on the most evident problem, which aims to establish strategies and immediate actions based on the key issues for the projection of accessible tourism in the destination of Loja, establishing itself as a recommendation to the Municipal GAD of Loja. in order to strengthen accessible tourism management.
