Summary:This research work covers a very important issue in education such as, KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION OF THE STAGES OF COMPREHENSIVE LEARNING SYSTEM OF TEACHING AND CHILDREN 'S THIRD YEAR OF GENERAL BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL OF BASIC EDUCATION “DR. LUIS FELIPE ZAPATER " DEL BARRIO Carigan VALLEY PARISH, CANTON AND province of Loja. PERIOD 2013-2014 , for which raised overall objective is to determine the level of knowledge and implementation stages of Integral Learning System , the teachers and children of the third grade of Basic General Education , School of Basic Education " Dr. Luis Felipe Zapater " Carigan neighborhood , parish Valley Region and province of Loja. Period 2013-2014 , it was achieved through ongoing research approaches to the stage to collect information with the application of surveys of teacher and 30 children in third grade of General Basic Education , the research process unfolded considering the following methods : inductive, deductive , analytical, synthetic and descriptive ; also the survey technique was used , these procedures allowed for the theoretical and field research; Additional data tabulation , analysis and interpretation of results, demonstrating the assumptions , conclusions and recommendations thereon , to obtain the final results of the investigation , it was found that the teachers and children of the third grade Education Basic Overview of the School of Basic Education " Dr. Luis Felipe Zapater" have little knowledge about the stages of Integral Learning System and application level is generally low, which address the objectives undoubtedly the lack of motivation, time planning study is a referent of the poor results that have children , so it is recommended that teacher apply this system in their classes taught and that training with new strategies in order to motivate children and make them real protagonists of teaching-learning process.
