Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de biol (abono líquido) en el barrio Yamburara Alto de la Parroquia de Vilcabamba

The present thesis project was developed in the parish of Vilcabamba, of the Loja Canton, Province of Loja, whose object of study is centered in the presentation of a proposal for the implementation of a Company dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of BIOL (liquid fertilizer ) for the parishes of Vilcabamba and Malacatos. It should be noted that the parishes of Vilcabamaba and Malacatos have agriculture as their main economic activity, in order to provide a reliable and sustainable alternative to farmers, through a natural fertilizer, since currently the farmers of the town have become dependent on chemical fertilizers, the same ones that increase productivity, but at the same time causing negative effects, pollution of the environment and accelerated deterioration of the soil, which is why ¨ PROJECT OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A PRODUCTIVE AND COMMERCIALIZING COMPANY OF BIOL (LIQUID FERTILIZER) IN THE YAMBURARA ALTO DISTRICT OF THE VILCABAMBA PARISH Materials and methods of data collection were used, which allowed obtaining all the information required by the project, using techniques such as direct observation, surveys, interviews and the sample size with which the number of surveys could be obtained. that were applied. In order to carry out this feasibility project, several objectives were proposed, which begin with the market study in which the following is detailed: market segmentation, analysis of demands; thus having the potential claimants of the product who are 1683 farmers of the parishes of Vilcabamba and Malacatos, while the actual plaintiffs are 1447 and the effective plaintiffs 941 farmers. Then the technical study was carried out analyzing the installed and used capacity that is 52,000 liters per year, the macro and micro location, the production process, plant distribution and requirements. The organizational study contains the constitution minutes, an executive, advisory, support assistant, and operative level was established, to then make the different organizational charts and function manuals. 5 In the financial study indicates the investment that is $ 41,439.31, the financing will be made through own capital of $ 21,439.31 and an external equivalent to $ 20,000.00 that will be financed through a bank loan, we also have the budgets of costs, the retail price for the first year is $ 7.50 cents for each 5-liter unit, sales revenue for the first year of $ 72.00; the equilibrium point that regarding sales for the first year is $ 56,159.11 and based on the installed capacity is 78.00%. Finally, a financial evaluation was carried out for which the following indicators were analyzed: Net Present Value of $ 51,951.59; Internal Rate of Return of 45.13%; Benefit Ratio Cost is 1.43, which means that for every dollar invested the company earns 43 cents; Period of Capital Recovery is 2 years, 4 months and 16 days; Sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports an increase in costs of 1.20% giving a total of 0.99% and sensitivity analysis in the decrease in revenues of 7.49% giving a total of 0.99% therefore the project is feasible Finally, the conclusions reached are: that as far as the parameters of the financial evaluation of this project were positive, which allows to verify, confirm its feasibility and future implementation.
