Περίληψη:The oral diseases are a major problem in our country and in the South Region, it represents an important index, so Loja Canton is not exempt from this reality in the rural and urban parishes. The research work aims to make the diagnosis center oral health of secondary school students "Vilcabamba National Joint College" and the " Garden Antonio Peña Celi " of the Vilcabamba parish in the Loja canton, 2013. This project is descriptive, prospective, transversal, we worked with 178 students of primary and secondary education. In the Vilcabamba rural parish of the Loja canton, the adolescents and children of the schools had a 73.1 percent of dental caries, 10.1 percent of gingival inflammation, 10.1 percent of gingival bleeding and 4.6 percent of altered occlusion. Among the diseases that affect was observed deep bite which was presented 0.56 percent of the population. It was shown in the same way the prevalence of mild dental fluorosis with 20.2 percent and while in the range of moderate dental fluorosis was found 4.4 percent. The results were collected through a survey and History Dental Clinic, showing that the whole group examined had any abnormal in their mouth.
