| Sumario: | The development of this project's main objective to carry out a feasibility study for implementation of a marketing company GISIS balanced fish and their distribution in the Canton Province of Zamora Chinchipe Yantzaza. The methods used in the research were: descriptive method was used in the preparation of surveys to obtain the necessary information and applying them to the farmers of the Canton Yantzaza: inductive method allowed drawing up the framework of the project: statistical method was used to tabulation of data from surveys and graphical representation thereof: Analytical to make the respective analysis at different stages of development of research method. The techniques that facilitates the collection of information was conducting surveys to farmers Yantzaza Canton, according to the National Agricultural Census 2010-MAGAP (growth rate 2.01%). To calculate the degree of complexity of the variables to be investigated; They are giving them a score of 237 surveys. In the market study might be described market conditions in which it is intended to position the company, quantifying and classifying measures such as demand and supply. While the location for optimum operation of the same is determined. Market research gave us to meet potential demand in this Canton is 619, farmers, proceeded with the determination of the actual demand was 56.96% obtaining a total of 37947 bags of 40kg for the first year of implementation of the project. Effective demand is 97.47% for a total of 36986 bags of 40kg per year. The offer remains is 13530 bags of 40kg per year. The projection of demand and supply then performed for a total of 23456 bags of 40kg of unmet demand. Technical study is that the installed capacity of the company is 17160 bags of 40kg of a total of 72.10% of the unmet demand.
