Influencia de las TIC en la gestión administrativa en el Departamento de Talento Humano del GAD cantonal de Loja, año 2024.

This research work entitled “Influencia De Las Tic En La Gestión Administrativa En El Departamento De Talento Humano Del Gad Cantonal De Loja, Año 2024” analyzes the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), The purpose of the research was to identify the challenges and opportunities brought about by the adoption of ICTs in the activities of the Human Resources Department and to learn how they have contributed to the improvement of administrative management, through the use of books, theses, legal documents and other secondary sources, which helped to obtain information on the use of ICTs in the GAD Cantonal de Loja. A qualitative approach methodology was used, analyzing qualitative data obtained through surveys, observation and interviews. The findings are the outdated technological equipment, lack of budget, optimization of time and resources. Finally, the application of this work may help the responsible authorities of the GAD Cantonal de Loja to take into account the conclusions and recommendations proposed, to improve the use of ICT and provide technological equipment in good condition and sufficient, in order to provide timely responses that respond to a better transformation of the administrative management.
