The research part in order to assess the activities carried out by the authorities of the Government of Sabiango parish Macara Canton regarding the elaboration of the Development Plan and Zoning, that from October 2010 becomes mandatory for all levels of government, to meet this objective, a table comparing the general guidelines for Decentralized Planning and Development Plan and Zoning Sabiango Parish Government was performed in order to describe how this elaborate planning and finally draw a picture indicators concerning the development and implementation of planning. The results were obtained from the comparative analysis between the guide planning guidelines and the Parish Plan and implemented surveys and discussion emphasizes the limitations of these levels of government by contextual factors of each country to implement new planning model Finally, based on the above; |
