Summary:The present research is on the TECHNIQUES OF REINFORCEMENT AND PUNISHMENT TO DECREASE DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR IN THE STUDENTS SIXTH "B" SCHOOL "MIGUEL RIOFRÍO", SECTION EVENING, LOJA. 2016 – 2017; was formulated as a general objective: Implement a program psycho-educational based on techniques of reinforcements and punishments to reduce disruptive behavior, was a type of descriptive study, pre-experimental design, transversal section; the methods used were the inductive, deductive, science, synthetic, analytical and statistician for the interpretation of the pre and pos-test; the instrument applied was the evaluation questionnaire on problem of discipline of the Center: type of disruption and conduct anti-social Fidel Navarro García, applied in a sample of 20 students, Workshop for the implementation of the programmer of intervention as one of the alternatives of solution used mode. The results obtained in the pre-test were in greater frequency are disruptive behavior in factor attitude toward the teacher, at a high level with 90%, also in the factor's attitude towards the fellow with a 75%; After the implementation of the programme through the pos-test there is a low level in the disruptive attitude to the teacher (50%) And a low level of attitude toward peers (60%). It is concluded that the level of disruptive behaviors of students is high and through the application of reinforcement techniques and punishment was reduced to a level the same bass, being shown with the Pearson's r which gave a very high positive correlation in low level between the variables. Is recommended to the members of the student the school counseling Department diagnose the disruptive behaviors in students, to avoid that the teaching-learning process is interrupted.
