Samenvatting:The work of Curricular Integration, entitled "Proposal of a structural and functional design for the micro-enterprise producer and marketer of tiger milk "LOVI.", offers the reader a broad understanding of the aspects investigated, addressing the field of study, the purpose of the work and the benefits derived from the analysis of the organizational and functional design of the micro-enterprise. The work's general and specific objectives were designed to address all relevant aspects for the integration of a coherent organizational design. The methodology employed was explanatory, with a qualitative approach and the inductive method. Information was collected through techniques such as direct observation, survey, and manager interview, sufficient information was gathered to propose an effective organizational design. The study population consisted of all the internal personnel of the micro-enterprise "LOVI.". Based on the information gathered, a situational diagnosis was carried out, which revealed that the micro- enterprise "LOVI." has adequate factory facilities and the necessary machinery and tools to carry out its activities. However, a lack of a functional organizational structure was identified. This was evidenced by the fact that workers are unaware of the existence of the company's philosophy, as well as the existence of organizational charts, and it was also found that none of the personnel has a manual of functions for their job, which hinders the development of activities in an efficient and coordinated manner. The business philosophy was constructed; process, welcome, and training manuals were designed to strengthen the organizational structure of the micro-enterprise "LOVI.".
