Examines the legal framework labor relations in professional sports, mainly the professional football world, under the regulations issues by the Ecuadorian laws and the correlation whit which dictate from the private sector which are the international federation partners (FIFA).First concepts the theoretical framework of the sport association to then focus on the laws and the legal reality that the legislation may allow the detriment of the rights of athletes focus. An analysis of the information of the employer is also made of this case a private corporation, nonprofit organization that always that acts like employers, compared to professional athletes is concluded with the determinations of the contradictions between Article 63 of the law sport, physical education and recreation with Article 66 in its paragraph 4 and 13 of the law of the Republic of Ecuador in relation of the freedom of association, limited organization and legalized monopoly on professional football and recommended member of the National Assembly, a reform of Article 63 of the Law of Sport, physical education and recreation so that a reform proposal presented. |
