Sumari:This paper aims to propose an improvement plan that favors the working environment, based on the analysis and management of employee job satisfaction in Marketing Management at Empress Electrical Regional Del Sur SA. The research was conducted by using the dialectical method. For obtaining the data on job satisfaction some instruments such as questionnaires and interviews were used, besides observation and statistical techniques, to the commercial area workers were also used. This work will be very useful because it is the start to what will be a mechanism for periodically measuring work environment, which is part of the structural capital of the marketing area of the institution. The results will allow that the institution includes within its mission the continuous improvement of human talent; it is milestone that highlights the need for updating and training of their management structures, theory and practical skills necessary to successfully address each of public workers This work will be very useful because it is the start to what will be a mechanism for periodically measuring work environment, which is part of the structural capital of the marketing area of the institution. The results will allow that the institution includes within its mission the continuous improvement of human talent; it is milestone that highlights the need for updating and training of their management structures, theory and practical skills necessary to successfully address each of public workers 6 The study provided a vision of the organization in relation to the perception of organizational climate for workers and Empresa Eléctrica Regional Del Sur S.A. employees. Through the research, it was shown low satisfaction indicators, employees think their work is not recognized and also they do not receive any acknowledgment or stimulus for their personal and professional development that encourages them in a tangible and intangible way the results of their work. The application and development of this study need unconditional support from EERSSA as it ensures success in the proposed plan for a better working environment.
