| Резюме: | The strategic marketing plan is a management process that allows developing and maintaining a strategic direction that considers goals and resources of the organization with its changing market opportunities. Today we can show that the business sector has ignorance in the development and implementation of marketing plans is reflected in the difficulty of determining sales strategies, determining tastes and consumer preferences, prices, promotions etc. This plan is aimed at a Strategic Marketing Plan for the company HIGH TECHNOLOGY alarms under study, in order to achieve better business development activities and obtaining good results. In the research work consists, Summary and Introduction, they intended to present an overview of the document content and the importance of having undertaken the problems identified .Then we continue with the topic and later with the Literature Review , content of great importance that enabled the progress of this work. Moreover in the methodology used, the scientific method that allowed the theoretical and conceptual foundation for the basic concepts of Corporate Philosophy, Strategic Planning, SWOT, and Competitive Profile Matrix, Pest 5 Forces Porter , the same he helped direct the development of the thesis , the inductive and deductive method was also used to deduce the possible conclusions and recommendations for the alarm company High Tech . Likewise techniques are handled , including direct observation, interview the manager , employee survey who helped determine the internal and external problems of the company and PEA city of Loja, which were 382 surveys fully perform . the data grouped into details and percentages , accompanied by the respective statistical graph representative of the obtained numerical information that helped to develop an analysis and interpretation of each table. After this exposure and discussion of results which was the put-in location for the same proposal consisting of the Mission, Vision, Values and Principles was performed. Through the proposed Strategic Marketing Plan is intended that the company has a clear view of the situation in which it is to provide excellent service in the sale of products to customers and make a proposal to allow the company to develop its activities in an efficient and competitive against the competition of the same kind . The strategic objectives are aimed to improve the functioning of the company and thus attract more customers and financial resources. Below are listed the following: 1 - . Designing an organizational model and manual functions for alarm company "high tech" in order to regulate the various jobs. 2 - Develop a training plan for staff, in order to improve the performance of HR, care and customer service. 3 - Make a plan of promotion and advertising on the alarm company "high tech" in order to increase the number of customers. 4 - Develop strategic partnerships with institutions in order to reach new markets and position the company in the local environment. 5 - Acquisition of own vehicle in order to improve the service and maintenance of alarms These strategic objectives are proposed in order to increase innovation, productivity, performance and positive employee attitudes and social responsibility of the company who make high technology. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations to which came at the end of this work themselves, which will constitute a major contribution to the company arise. Then we conclude with References where quoted authors who helped in the development of the issues contained in this work, and Exhibits are the means by which the necessary information for the development of this work was obtained. The budget for this Strategic Marketing Plan comprises the equivalent of $ 16,304 U.S. dollars value. |
