Análisis jurídico y doctrinario sobre la sucesión testamentaria, orientada a que se respete la libre voluntad del testador, y que no concurran impugnaciones

The following research work "Legal and doctrinal analysis of testamentary succession, focusing on respecting the free will of the testator without contestations concur", focuses on conducting a deeper investigation, since it is evident that forced assignments are a notable limitation to the testator's will. As a result of the testator's failure to comply with these allocations, when they die and the will is opened, the legitimated beneficiaries resort to reforming the will to obtain what is legally owed to the legitimated beneficiaries when they do not obtain this portion of the rigorous legitimate. In the legal reality of our country, the will is limited by forced allocations. Therefore, if these allocations are not respected by the testator, the legitimates resort to will reform. It is for the purpose of reforming the testator's will to inherit from them. As the rules of forced assignations stipulated in our civil law are followed, the testator's will cannot be respected. Materials and methods were applied to conduct research, and interviews and surveys were conducted with legal professionals.
