Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | This study implemented at the Isidro Ayora Hospital in the Loja city, period July 2013 - July 2014, looking know the number of caesarean sections, dispose Complications their Risk Factors Associated and identify complications post-surgical; The type of study was retrospective, descriptive, cross-cutting in sixty eight patients who met the quality prescriptive; Age Range found was 21-30 years 63.2% during the study period were performed cesarean 1419, 4.79% presented post surgical complications; 69.1% had a history of urinary tract infection and 14.7% of the body mass index of higher of 25 years, 80.7% presented history of previous cesarean section, 70.5% of the patients had not more than three checkups prenatal; which will determine the postoperative complications was uterine bleeding 32.3% and 26.4% of patients had endometritis.
