This study was carried out under a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach; quasi-experimental design. The methods: scientific, statistical, analytical, synthetic and descriptive were used. The techniques: observation sheet, interview with the teacher, post-test and pre-test of evaluation of Magellan's Literacy. The population consisted of 27 students and 1 teacher. In order to support the improvement of reading and writing in third grade students, the proposal called; "Learning together with the didactic resources to advance in the achievement of Reading and writing" was executed, at the end of which, it is ensured that the students significantly improve their cognitive development in their active participation in the classroom by making use of the prepared didactic resources so that they can interact and play in an environment of motivation and interest for the Reading acquisition level valuing their calligraphic skills. Keywords: Didactic resources, Literacy, teaching methodsLa presente investigación que versa: Los recursos didácticos en el desarrollo de la Lecto-escritura bloque 3, “Lectura” del tercer grado paralelo “B” de la escuela “Zoila Alvarado de Jaramillo”, Loja, 2021-2022; tiene como objetivo general: Determinar la incidencia de los recursos didácticos en el desarrollo de la Lecto-escritura. La importancia radica en fortalecer la lectura y escritura mediante el uso de los recursos didácticos tomando como referencia los resultados de la aplicación del test de evaluación de la Lecto-escritura de Magallanes. Este estudio se lo realizó bajo un enfoque mixto cuali-cuantitativo; tipo de diseño cuasi- experimental. Se trabajó con los métodos: científico, estadístico, analítico, sintético y descriptivo. Las técnicas: ficha de observación, entrevista a la docente, el pos-test y pre-test de evaluación de la Lecto-escritura de Magallanes. La población estuvo constituida por 27 estudiantes y 1 docente. Con la finalidad de apoyar el mejoramiento de la Lecto-escritura en los estudiantes de tercer grado se ejecutó la propuesta denominada; “Aprendiendo juntos con los recursos didácticos para avanzar en el logro de la Lecto-escritura”, al concluir la misma se asegura que los estudiantes mejoren significativamente su desarrollo cognitivo en su participación activa en el aula al dar uso de los recursos didácticos realizados para que puedan interactuar y permitiendo demostrar su motivación e interés que elevaron el nivel de adquisición Lectora valorando así sus habilidades caligráficas.
