| Tóm tắt: | This degree work called "Training plan for the company "FERROCENTRO UNIMAX" of the city of Loja, period 2022-2025", aims to determine the training needs of workers, based on this carry out a training plan for the period of 4 years. In this way, increase the behavioral skills of workers through learning and innovation of knowledge. For the fulfillment of the initial purpose, a situational diagnosis was made from the results obtained, whose methodology was quantitative, qualitative and non-experimental, using techniques of direct observation, interview and application of surveys to 41 workers. After the analysis of the results, the following diagnosis was obtained: according to the organizational analysis, workers not know the mission, vision, business objectives and hierarchical levels of the company; regarding the tasks of knowledge, skills and attitudes, 31% of employees did not receive instructions to execute their work, 26% did not get immediate responses to existing difficulties and 34% said their tasks and responsibilities were not socialized on time; On the other hand, in the Job Satisfaction Indicator, 5% of respondents said that during the year they were promoted more than five times to others areas and 37% feel dissatisfied with the role they play, which has triggered job dissatisfaction of 7%. Finally, the 20% state that training is not directed to the functions they perform and therefore employees have not improved their work performance. However, they believe that receiving training generates significant results for the team. In conclusion, the company does not carry out training plans in the short or medium term, there are shortcomings in the administrative direction, and employees require continuous preparation with prior planning to avoid loss of time and interest. |
