Lisää tagi | Yhteenveto: | This thesis has the general objective to determine the feasibility of a financial factoring company aimed at SMEs in the city of Loja through a series of studies. With this work the feasibility of a different way of financing is demonstrated, through an entity that provides a financial service providing liquidity and funding through a contract whereby the user undertaking entrusted the collection of their credits such entity factoring, which allow the user enterprise focusing on production and trade aspects of economic activity. To reach the target set has been used some methods such as the scientist who enabled the development of the literature review, the statistical method through which the sample for the survey application was determined, the analytical method used to establish determinants of the project and analyze everything your study and financial evaluation, the deductive method assertions and generalizations based on the objectives of the research work were reflected and, finally, was drafted with the help of the synthetic method the final report including conclusions and recommendations. Once the purpose of the investigation delimited, proceeded to the collection of field data by applying surveys to SMEs in the city to carry out market research and define who will be the users of the financial service companies. Through technical study it referred to the process necessary to provide the service, location and other technical data. Subsequently, the administrative-legal study focused primarily on the legal aspects of the entity where both owners and employees involved was developed. Then the economic study is detailed to determine the total investment, fixed costs, revenues, financing and profitability of the company, and then determine the cash flows and thus use the tools of financial evaluation as net present value, internal rate of return , benefit-cost ratio, capital recovery period and sensitivity analyzes. The results of the feasibility studies reaffirm the company's financial factoring for SMEs in the city of Loja, thus contributing to the business development of the city of Loja. |
