Summary:This thesis, entitled: Developing a User Roles and Creating a Regulation of Admission and Employment; Jobs and Valuation Points for the Yamaha Company Southern (Azuay, Loja and El Oro), the general objective of developing this research work consisted of: Develop a manual, and create a Regulation of Admission and Employment; Jobs and Valuation Points for the Yamaha Company Southern Region. The methodology used during the development of this research was tempered by the use of the following methods: Historic Method, deductive method Inductive Method and Analytical Method; also resorted to the use of the following techniques: Observation Technique, Technique and Technical Interview Survey. The process of developing the manual job classification proposed here, began with the completion of the audit work practiced all staff of the company, the audit was the basis for identifying the main functions and activities that the different existing positions within the organization, and then to properly manage and delimit; for purposes of the valuation of the number of points were considered as a priority the following factors: knowledge, responsibility, effort and working conditions; designing and structuring the rules of admission and employment, is based on three basic scenarios: Scenario Administrative because it contains current administrative processes today and supported by modern management systems; Legal scenario, because nonviolent any legal processes defined in the procurement laws of the country and other competent bodies; and Operational Picture, since it is easy to implement within the Yamaha Company Southern Region. All useful and necessary for the development of various manuals and rules, information was provided by the manager of the company and all its 15 employees; during the course of the investigation it was possible to discover that within the company 5 of its 10 positions were undervalued, for this reason it was necessary to undergo a process of renovation, which was to multiply the points of each charge undervalued by the factor valuation, the value is 2.36. The main conclusions obtained as a result of the preparation of this thesis were as follows: 1) The company lacks a manual job classification that defines and delimits technically each of the functions and activities of all staff. 2) The company has no regulations for admission and employment technical viable and effectively their recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, integration and training of personnel. 3) The definition of the amount of the salaries of the company, it is performed under an empirical scheme and anti technician, which does not meet the administrative requirements recommended for this purpose.
