Faced with this problem has developed this research focused on "JOB INSTABILITY AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE INFORMAL WORKERS GROUPED IN THE CENTRAL PARK OF THE CITY OF LOJA PERSPECTIVE OF SOCIAL WORK". For the development of this research it was proposed as general objective: Develop an investigation of descriptive explanatory type, to determine how it influences job instability in the quality of life of informal workers grouped in the Central Park of the city of Loja, which specific objectives which basically seek to investigate and identify the characteristics of social conditions, identify the factors that cause job instability and describe strategies that help to improve the quality of life of the workers are broken down. For the preparation of this research methodology was used community self using the three main stages: initial exchange with the subject in need of professional action, exploration stage and diagnostic process and the search for solutions; the same who facilitated the verification and compliance objectives. A theoretical and methodological foundation about job instability and its impact on quality of life was conducted a survey of 40 workers grouped in the Central Park of the city of Loja that yielded the following findings was used: Instability leads to economic imbalance, directly affects the quality of life not as it allows satisfying basic human needs and enjoy the benefits that having a stable job. This result led to the respective conclusions is why it strives to change this problem through the approach of strategies to improve the quality of life.
