Sammanfattning:This research work entitled "PROPOSAL OF A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE DISTRIBUTOR “Girón” OF THE CITY OF NEW Loja, Sucumbíos province," was developed in the city of Nueva Loja, Province of Sucumbíos, the same general objective is to develop a proposal of a Strategic Plan for Distribuidora de “Girón” city Nueva Loja, in order to improve the economic and competitive aspect of the Distributor. This research methods were used: deductive, used to establish the general positioning, product and image of the company; inductive, used for the analysis and interpretation of survey results; analytic - synthetic, used to synthesize information obtained through numerical methods and graphics; statistics, used for interpretation, distribution and graphing of the collected information; and descriptive to describe facts and events occurring in the external and internal environment of the company. The techniques such as direct observation, interview, survey of 376 customers and 8 employees of the company. The results Situational Analysis Distribuidora "Girón" is explained by a historical overview, organizational structure, community context, legal framework, geographic location, structural and functional organization, macro and micro location location. In the External Analysis, economic, technological, legal, geographic and competitive factors analyzed, thus the Evaluation Matrix of External Factors (EFE) was obtained, giving a weighted value is 2.60, indicating that Distribuidora "Girón", has a number of opportunities are the same as above threats. Internal Analysis Subsequently it was the product of a survey of company employees, a survey of the main customers of the Distributor and Interview with Mr. Manager of the company, resulting allowed to know the strengths and weaknesses to give the Matrix internal factors, with a weighted value of 2.60, which means the Distributor "Girón", has a high degree of strengths rather than weaknesses, indicating it has a strong internal position. The Strategic Objectives are certain: - Incorporate Billing Information System, inventory and accounting. - Create an Advertising Plan - Organize a staff training plan. In the most important research findings can be highlighted: In the SWOT matrix analysis determined that this Strategic Plan must intervene especially in two areas of the company; Administrative and Staff Development. In this proposal defined for all strategic objectives, problems, goals, strategies, tactics, activities, funding, responsibility, time and the expected results. For strategies that involves intervention in the administrative field is required 6 months and an investment of $ 3148.00 USD and the strategy that has to do with intervention in the field of Personal Development Company has estimated a month and a $ 348.00 USD, bringing the total amount to $ 3,496.00 USD Among the recommendations described the importance that the owner of the Distributor "Girón", applying this Strategic Plan, which contains several objectives aimed at strengthening the institutional image and position in the local and regional markets, and is economically feasible run, given that the total investment is not very high and will be paid in the near future with the respective positioning of the company in the market, and increased competitiveness and profitability of the distributor "Girón.".
