This report searches to analyze develop and find the structure liquidity, leverage and profitability. This has been detailed most relevant theories with the reference to the financial statements The Objectives outlined in the project were achieved through to determinate horizontal and vertical, absolute and relative variation that suffered each of the accouts of the financial statements from one period relative to another, determining an increase or decrease, this study was complemented with Financial Rations and that allow us to have a better Understanding of the taxi cooperative situation. Management’s decisions in most cases, they are taken from a perspective of complete uncertainty, and subjective approaches covered in achieving short-term results. Finally it is concluded that the cooperative had difficulty because there were lost by the misuse of economic resources which are recommended for the routine use of this tool that allow you to get a clear vision free of uncertainties with the results, the take preventive or corrective management decisions and set goals achieving efficient control of their economic resources that provide stability and progress in the cooperative
