| Summary: | The present project was aimed to investigate the factors that influence in the user dissatisfaction regarding the quality of care staff in the Emergency Hospital of Francisco de Orellana Coca. Applied Collect Survey for collet the criterion of 60 Users; the purpose of this study is to Improve the Quality of Care q raise the level of user satisfaction through the intervention of nursing directed to the health personnel as an Users.- The design of this investigation was cross, descriptive, explanatory literature and field. As results we obtained that the population that mayor demand of Health Care in emergency is 20 to 39 years, child that 46.67% and the 63.33% male; ethnic mixed with 50.01%, expressed dissatisfaction with the attention the 55.00%; the reasons for dissatisfaction represent the lack of equipment of equipment, supplies, materials in 57.58%; delays by the administrative procedures 54.55%; small installations for the service 63.64%; security personnel in their activities performed in 78.79%; indifference to the problems of patients 72.73%; miscommunication 57.58%; staff who do not understand the distress of patients 78.79%. It was concluded that users had high degree of dissatisfaction; the factors influencing the dissatisfaction; They are small physical area, lack of equipment and supplies; and lack of coordination and communication by staff.
