| Streszczenie: | Biosecurity is of great importance, free from harm, risk or hazard. Is a set of preventive measures and standards, designed to maintain control of occupational risk factors from biological, physical or chemical, obtaining preventing harmful impacts against risks inherent in their daily activities, ensuring that the final product development or of these procedures do not affect the safety of healthcare workers, patients and families. The objective of this research is to determine and analyze the correct application of the internal rules of biosafety management of patients presenting to the CT in the Hospital Isidro Ayora Loja City and to determine the effects of social character that cause the failure of preventive measures in this way protect the life of occupationally exposed in this area, of patients and families who require this service, so that they ensure the necessary protection to which they are entitled , and thus prevent the proliferation of biological threats unnecessary irradiation, pollution control patient, public and staff working in the Department of CT. With the result that the rules as settling of material used, the room has safety devices for pregnant women and the general public, the room and bathroom are command structures that have a lead lining, such as using dosimeter or other monitoring device, placing plumb protection mandatory protection people entering the scan room, the proper classification of waste, antisepsis of the patient's skin before venipuncture catheter procedure, washing hands before each procedure, placement and proper disposal of gloves, and proper decontamination of the couch in the living tomography which give a percentage of 100% all standards except for the assistance of biosecurity forums or chats because this gives a percentage 25%. In conclusion, the levels of staff expertise in the area of radiology Isidro Ayora Hospital of Loja in relation to biosecurity standards are adequate and attitudes, skills management staff in the implementation and enforcement of biosafety regulations are correct. It is advisable to inform physicians about the dangers to patients, when exposed to radiation to avoid performing unnecessary patient tomographic both biosafety increase staff training through lectures and forums. |
