| Riassunto: | Soybeans are an oilseed of great economic importance in Ecuador, recognized worldwide for their nutritional composition, with a high oil concentration and protein content; its production in Ecuador is concentrated in the provinces of Los Ríos and Guayas, with a harvested area of 13,399 ha and a production of 28,818 t. The objective of the research was to determine the effect of the application of different rhizobacteria on the growth and development parameters of the soybean crop. The project was carried out at the La Argelia Experimental Station under greenhouse conditions, applying a DCA with 5 treatments and 10 replications. The evaluated variables were, germination percentage, plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, chlorophyll index, total N quantification, number of nodules, nodule dry weight and dry mass of the aerial part, the data were recorded week. The results concerning growth parameters, crop development, nitrogen content and aerial dry mass were significant with rhizobacteria inoculation. The promising results of the use of plant growth-promoting bacteria and effective stimulation in soybean open the door for their potential use to improve soybean yields and reduce the application of chemical fertilizers |
