Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | In this research report called "Formulation of the General Secretariat Management process and Archival Management sub-process in the General Secretariat of the National University of Loja", it was developed with the main objective of knowing the process and sub-process of Archive management, thus proposing an alternative proposal where these processes are promoted efficiently and effectively, in order to provide methodological guides for internal clients, for which issues directly related to the processes were also deepened. When carrying out a situational diagnosis, it was possible to establish the current environment in which the processes are developed, relying on formats of observation sheets and interviews, starting from this; it was possible to build the process manual through constant meetings with the main actors responsible for the process. same and with this they manage to provide the institution with a clear, uniform and standard methodological guide, in an optimal framework of cost, resource and time management, and with the active participation of the different work teams and by all those who integrate it. The research carried out is descriptive, inductive, analytical - synthetic since it allowed to identify the process and develop a proposal, such as the flowchart approach, the roles of those involved, their activities, verifiable inputs and outputs. Finally, with the due socialization of the proposal to the actors of the process, to give the possibility of being implemented within the institution, contributing with continuous processes for an orderly and coherent management of processes, the respective conclusions were reached that allowed the approach of the recommendations that are included in this investigation. |
