Diseño de un plan de seguridad industrial para la empresa metal industrias morocho “M.I.M.” de la ciudad de Loja

This research work entitled "DESIGN OF A SAFETY PLAN FOR INDUSTRIAL COMPANY METAL INDUSTRIES MOROCHO" MIM "CITY Loja, has the general objective to propose a plan for industrial enterprise security Metal Industries Morocho and objectives specific, situational analysis to determine the industrial enterprise security, identify, specify and assess the risks of work, establish procedures to help consolidate, restate or implement preventive measures for reducing risks in the changing workplace, Planning Delivery personal protective equipment specifically to the needs of each area, Compose training policies and plans aimed at reducing unsafe within the plant acts Submit the proposed plan of Industrial Security, thus giving effect to the object general topic. Also, this work has had its full theoretical foundation that has served to strengthen the information obtained; the methods used are descriptive, helped establish selection criteria to find the problem of implementing a security plan, inductive, to analyze respectable amounts of information and to present the findings, deductive allowed to make a proposal to design a security plan that will serve as the manager of MIM tool, statistical allowed graphically describe the results based on surveys of workers, and the interview that the manager made MIM Own; techniques were used to collect data are set out below: Observation used by visiting the company premises, Interview applied the Managing Owner of the company that helped to determine the strengths and weaknesses and obtain primary information for the development of Research, Survey applied to employees of the same company that allowed for the internal analysis of the company; between the main results were obtained: In the interview with the owner manager is able to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company, with the result that the knowledge of Industrial Safety are basic, staff not trained for proper security at the time of their work activities, the company has no signage, no MIM has policies, rules and bylaws of Industrial Safety; further be emphasized that despite the lack of knowledge about the proper application of the Industrial Security Manager has managed to provide its employees with personal protective equipment, informs staff about risks and precautions to consider when using machinery or performing processes production. Finally after having performed the analyzes was determined as the central proposal for industrial security plan in order to protect the physical or mental integrity of each employee of the company, plus the respective conclusions and recommendations are established.
