LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DEL DESARROLLO LABORAL Y FAMILIAR QUE AFECTA A LOS CUIDADORES PRIMARIOS DE LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD QUE ACUDEN AL CENTRO DE SALUD N° 3 DE LA PROVINCIA DE LOJA

The care of people with a disability is a job that demands time and resources according to the degree of disability that the patient possesses, usually this role is assumed by their relatives with greater emphasis on the female sex, who can present several inconveniences according to the time of care that lead to their personal development, taking into account this reality the following research work is entitled "The impossibility of work and family development that affects the primary caregivers of people with disability" it has as a general objective to determine the degree of affectation in the work and family development of this group, likewise three specific objectives were set; to relate the two study categories, to analyze the current situation of primary caregivers and to design a proposal with a social approach based on the results obtained. The present investigative work had the participation of 40 caregivers, the research used qualitative, quantitative, exploratory and correlational methodology with techniques such as; the semi structured interview, observation, primary diagnosis and the survey, which were used to accomplish the general objective, moreover these helped to determine that all the people who participated in this research are dedicated to care their relatives, only 3% have a permanent job, according to family relationships most caregivers define them as good, therefore the relationship between the disability patients and their families are considered as excellent concluding that the care of a person with disability affects more in work development than in family relations.
