Summary:One of the most important aspects of society is the education of children, children and adolescents; more when it should be given full training in a friendly institutional climate, for this reason, this research aims to determine the incidence executive management and values in the organizational climate of “Abdon Calderon Muñoz” National Association of Parish Santiago Region and province of Loja, in 2013-2014. The methods used in this research were; Deductive, Inductive, Analytical and Synthetic, which allowed data collection, know the reality of the issues raised, as well as obtain the relevant information, and give proper treatment to content; Moreover, the techniques used were: Interview managers and the survey of teachers and parents using a structured questionnaire and appropriate for the information regarding the questions posed problem. The results obtained allowed to deduct the lack of job autonomy on the job experience, lack of recognition of the innovative actions of teachers, poor organization in the distribution of tasks not planned strategies to achieve organizational goals, executive management does not respond the demands of the environment, lack of human talent orientation to individual and group work, lack of cooperation by some members to achieve corporate goals, lack strengthen teamwork, lack of job stimulus, which leads to low empowerment, cooperation, commitment and responsibility on the participation of all involved to achieve positive actions for the benefit of the institution. Faced with this problem, the need to strengthen the executive management and values, for it may be alternative solution recommendations for both principals and teachers of the research institution, to improve the institutional environment of the College Abdon Calderon Muñoz.
