| Sumario: | Competitiveness, globalization and advances in science and technology makes companies worldwide, are prepared to face new management challenges requiring that the activities, functions and processes are improved so that there is a change globally throughout the organization; to position itself in the market and efficiently meet the needs, tastes and preferences of its customers. The overall objective of this study is to reengineering business processes for REUBILEC of the province of Loja, to the effect methods and techniques used to develop the proposed such as deductive, inductive, objective historical method was used; survey techniques applied to employees and interview the manager of the company; as well as the procedures used for observation. The methodology allowed to determine that at present the average time of operational processes are: 145 minutes Production, Procurement 110 minutes, 65 minutes record of existence, budget 195 minutes. For the application of new processes and reduced time budget that will contribute to the improvement thereof valued at $ $ 4,200 is given. The main conclusion resulting from the development of this thesis, are summarized as follows: Changes in business processes REUBIELEC serve to benefit the company, and ensure that the change is radical, while people who are in the process does not reject it, or have a contingency plan to help to make the change gradually accepted as it will be for the benefit of the company. |
