The use of these methods allowed to reach the culmination of this work and that to achieve this had to follow in the footsteps of understanding and demonstration of the same application. In the market study in the province of Loja, with a sample of 399 people; Weighted surveys have been analyzed and the results have been inferred then perform market analysis, determining the potential demand of 222.096, the actual demand 168.793, 155.289 effective demand, which bought 1.242.315 pairs of socks, offer 267.504 pairs of socks and unmet demand for 974.811 pairs of socks, which allowed us to determine that the project can and should be run by the results obtained in the analysis of demand, supply and marketing levels for this product. The installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able to produce 215.280 pairs of cotton socks and whose capacity utilization will be 129.168 pairs of cotton socks, which will take 60% of capacity utilization for the first year, also the location of the same which will be located in the city of Loja, in the streets Eduardo Kingman and Ferns is determined. The production process requires the use of suitable equipment, which will guarantee for a quality product and at moderate prices. Then the project engineering process diagrams determining the characteristics of operation and management, technical requirements such as equipment, facilities, furniture and fixtures develops. Likewise an administrative study determined as a Limited Liability Company, and functional organizational structure to both legislative hierarchical levels, executive, advisor level, assistant level or support, operational level, as well as operating manuals, organizational charts was performed ; which they served as a guideline for implementing a good organization, since there will be the following personnel: Manager, a secretary Contadora, a Caretaker-Guardian, who will be part of the administrative staff and operational staff distributed as follows: Two Workers, and a seller. The project reaches an investment of $ 72,778.81 and will be financed with contributions from partners 51.91% of the total investment which corresponds to $ 37,778.81 and a loan that will keep the project with the Bank of Loja constitute the 48.09% corresponding to $ 35,000 a 10-year period at 15% annual interest. The financial evaluation presents the following results: According to the NPV of this project gives us a positive value of $ 114,246.66, indicating that the project or investment is suitable. For this project, the IRR is 48.35%, and this satisfactory value for the project, the time required to recover the original investment would be 3 years and 3 days for this project, the sensitivity values are lower than one therefore does not affect changes in project costs and increased revenues decreased 30% and 20.20%, respectively, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes. Subsequently the conclusions and recommendations of the most significant project is proposed. |
