Shrnutí:The canton Tena belonging to the province of Napo for its location in the Amazon region has natural spas located in different sectors that makes it a tourist attraction. Given the fragility and vulnerability of these spas must articulate criteria for designing and implementing adequate planning and management that harmonize the conservation of nature and the tourist use; response to this problem was to propose a Plan of environmental management, to minimize, mitigate, and prevent any kind of human action in each of the spas, based on the information obtained through the base and environmental impact assessment, applying methods such as surveys, interviews, and arrays of first-degree cause - effect. The results obtained as the type of soils are Inceptisol, Andept, Hydrandept, corresponding to the five spas natives; According to cause and effect applied matrix determines that Las Peñas Coloradas, La Soga and Guinea Chimbana have as impact disorder in the occupation of spaces, with a value of aggregation of impacts (- 45); The islands of love Spa presents a generation of solid waste with a total value of aggregation of impacts (- 38) and the environmental management Plan proposed the following programs for the prevention and mitigation of impacts; Community relations; Contingency and management of waste, in order to ensure the conservation of biodiversity and the tourist development of the spas.
