Labor human rights recognize as the sole universal holder the person, with respect for their human dignity and satisfying their basic needs in the workplace Throughout the historical process of humanity has shown the abuse of human rights, injustice is also manifested in places where institutions where workers are subject to abuse by the authorities. The present investigation " Infringement of the labor rights to the members of the Union of Municipal Workers of Loja; in the municipality " proposing as a general objective to identify the types of violation of the labor rights of the people that form part of the Union of Municipal Workers of Loja, and how this violation affects their work, social and family development, to propose an alternative change; as specific objectives, make a situational diagnosis in the Union of Municipal Workers of Loja, on the violation of labor rights and their affectations; analyze the information obtained about the violation of labor rights and their social and family consequences in the members of the "Union of Municipal Workers of Loja" and, finally, prepare a proposal that focuses on the improvement of labor relations between employer and worker, from the results obtained. The present study had the participation of 120 workers from the Municipal Workers' Union of Loja aged between 18 to 60 years, the methodology applied in the research, was addressed through the scientific method, inductive-deductive, analytical and descriptive, with a non-probabilistic sample that consisted of working with 120 women and men workers in groups that meet similar characteristics and related causes that are appropriate to the research 5 process, its approach was quantitative-qualitative; We used instruments such as surveys and interviews, which were applied through a questionnaire with open and closed questions to address the most relevant elements, we worked with focus groups that allowed us to collect information in order to comply with the objectives set. The main findings obtained in the investigation made it possible to determine that within the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Loja there are several violations of labor rights, especially in the active members of the Union of Municipal Workers of Loja; the main violations are: deprivation of their vacations, work weekends and holidays without providing the remunerations provided in the legal regulations, the lack of personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to work, in addition to change of place of work and activities, what causes serious affectations at a personal level of the workers and interpersonal affectations with their work colleagues and their families. The purpose of the investigation was to generate an action plan to mitigate the consequences of the violation of rights and enhance the potential and skills of the union's municipal workers, in order to improve their quality of life in the work they perform daily.
