| Samenvatting: | This research work has allowed a scientific-juridical study on the untimely dismissal experienced by workers, also investigate the degree of working knowledge of workers concerning the claims that have been entitled in accordance with the labour code. If you know the way how economic values have been calculated to be received, which have been given by the labour authorities, to enforce their rights. The data obtained in this research work, were obtained from the implementation of surveys and polls to those involved in the estates of the workers. Legal background who served as diagnosis enabled us to confirm the existence of cases of untimely dismissal and the difficulties of workers so that their violated rights. The data have been processed and interpreted so that they are credible source allowing us to justify the need for legal reform to the labour code, in order that there is control and regulation to increase compensation for untimely dismissal without harm to the worker and the employer. To do this, see the duties and rights of workers in case of being suddenly fired from his job. The objectives will be to illustrate to the employer in the fair treatment for workers to maintain labor peace that will allow coexistence to the socioeconomic development of the country. The importance is in the application of knowledge, mutual respect, worker-employer relations, rights and duties. |
