THE CITY OF THE CUENCA" What is drawn to the embodiment of the present research is to improve the internal processes in the organization; its main objective is to provide a strategic plan for this company from the city of Cuenca dedicated to the retail of automotive fuel in stations. For the development of this research was due to carry out systematic steps each way or technical procedures - required for the development of strategic plans in a firm methodological. Designed under the legislation in force at the National University of Loja, in the course of the same number of topics among which are the following were discussed: In the literal a, we proceeded to the formulation of the research topic itself that became the main focus of this paper. In b, the existing problems are discussed in the company under study and its possible consequences, and then state the specific problem that is plaguing the organization. In the literal c, it took into account each of the academic, social, economic justifications and what will be its contribution to those who are involved directly or indirectly with this important endeavor. In the literal d, the objectives were determined, the general and specific through which life was given to this research. In the literal e, the methodology used for the development of research, mainly based on the following methods described Analytical Scientist Inductive, Descriptive, Statistical and Mathematical as well as the following techniques are used: Observation, Interview and Survey. In order to have an accurate understanding of the situation which crosses Automotive Trinity had to resort to performing a situational analysis of the company under study. In the same way an external analysis (Economic Social factors, Political, Technological and Environmental), with which the information necessary for the preparation of the EFE Matrix (Matrix Assessment of External Factors) was obtained was performed, spewing an outcome weighted 2.94, showing that the use of Trinity having opportunities is necessary. Also the analysis of internal factors for this analysis proceeded with the implementation of surveys (internal customers and external customers) and interview to Manager of the company, all this information obtained helped us developing IFE Matrix (Matrix Assessment Internal Factors), providing a weighted result of 2.64, which shows that in Automotive Trinity is a strong company internally. Relevant information, it served as the basis in developing the matrix SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), which owns the company. The SWOT matrix with the tools contributed in structuring High Impact matrix, followed proceeded to ask the same strategies that helped us to articulate the strategic objectives of Trinity and then proceed to draw action plans to launch this proposal . In the literal f, the timetable for the implementation of this Strategic Plan in AUTOMOTIVE TRADE COMPANY TRINIDAD TRINITY CIA. LTDA. THE CITY OF CUENCA is one year and finally; In the literal g, this research also has the budget and funding thereof to be covered by the author of the thesis, its implementation was reversed: in paragraph a, $ 40.00, b, $ 100.00, c, $ 240.00, d, $ 300.00, e, 500.00, f,500.00, and the literal g $ 30.00, costs amounting to a total of $ 1,370.00. |
