Περίληψη:The purpose of the present investigation was to give solution to one of the problematic of the Training Unit Artisanal" Prosecutor Eloy Alfaro" jewel of the Canton of the Sachas because they did not have a teaching tool for the area of computing, giving way to a non-experimental research to obtain important data through surveys and interviews, by which was raised as a possible Educational Software solutions for the subject of informatics in the 8th grade, 9th and 10th year of Basic General Education, which is intended as an educational resource in the teaching-learning process of the field of informatics, In the same way the tabs of observation applied to teachers allowed us to identify the pedagogical and didactic methods applied by teachers as are the inductive-deductive, as also the strategies for the teaching-learning process of students as they are of the graphic organizers and previous which used to be more traditional leaving to one side the innovation in education, in the same way is able to determine the knowledge of teachers before the use of computer tools for the academic development of students.
