He faces a scenario that must be properly managed to ensure their survival and the success of its existence. The trading "CREDITS F & F", born in the canton Marcabelí province of El Oro; whose main activity is to offer citizens the sale of appliances and overall in the canton and province, in order to meet the tastes and needs of its customers and with years in the market has not raised an organizational addressing serve as support in the competitive environment in which it operates, therefore has proposed a Strategic Planning to help consolidate this organization as a strong and competitive entity. Cueing the outlook for strategic planning, An outstanding problem is that through innovation carried out by companies producing especially in terms of energy efficiency, reduction of environmental pollution and the use of new technology, which has enabled a reduction in production costs and therefore higher amount to enter the market at lower prices. With regard to business development, Marcabelí has very few commercial companies, generating stagnation in the Socio-Economic Development of the Canton and the province. Therefore the development of this thesis project entitled "STRATEGIC PLANNING TO DISTRIBUTOR APPLIANCES CREDITS F & F Marcabelí 7 Canton province of El Oro" whose purpose or main objective is to make a strategic to the company planning to contribute to the development of same. The overall objective is to make a "STRATEGIC PLANNING TO DISTRIBUTOR APPLIANCES" CREDITS F & F "Marcabelí Canton PROVINCE OF GOLD" in order to increase sales and increase customers. To develop the thesis was left with the external analysis referring to macro- and microenvironment. In the macro external analysis where the factors that have impact on the company determined was made, the political factor in political instability makes the companies have uncertainty in their functions by the constant change in government policy that directly affects or indirectly to the company, just as economic factor in the increase in taxes it makes product prices increase affecting the company and the customer. As for the analysis of micro through 5 forces of Michael Porter, it was determined that there are suppliers more power ne3gociacion, and there is a good environment for the creation of new companies engaged in this activity affecting the market share of the company. The internal analysis of the company's functional areas of the company are considered and to obtain the information was necessary to interview the manager of the company and the employees thereof. The results of the surveys show us that the company since its inception did not have a strategic plan, employees 100% do not know about mission and vision of the company, in the same way no operating manuals to guide the 8 worker again it enters know what their specific functions, therefore the company there is a disorganization that through strategic planning is correctable. 80% of workers of the company says that jobs or where they operate are not adequate for a better development. 100% of the staff has not received any training to better perform their activities. Once the internal analysis conducted in each area of the company, the parent Internal Factors Evaluation (EFI) where you can identify the strengths and opportunities that have "CREDITS F & F" is performed Strengths, Weaknesses and Threats: SWOT matrix in the internal and external factors affecting the company and are being analyzed. And then raising strategies to reduce threats and overcome weaknesses. And to conclude the research approach of the strategic objectives is done. The proposal has the following objectives: • The first objective is to propose to the company that contains an organizational philosophy; mission, vision, objectives and organizational values that strengthen its competitive business management and leadership at a cost of $ 180.00 • The second strategic objective promotes increase sales by marketing advertising and promotions keep providing which at a cost of $ 2,660.00 • The third strategic objective is to establish a manual features welcome and raising awareness of the obligations to be fulfilled by management and employees of the company, as well as structural and functional organization for which has a budget of $ 201.00.
