Shrnutí:Migration is a Constitutional right; therefore, every citizen can migrate and move from one place to another, the declaration of human rights in Art. 13 states: 1. everyone has the right to move freely and to choose his residence in the territory of a State. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country. Based on this principle, Ecuador opened its doors to Venezuelan citizens due to the political situation in Venezuela. This human solidarity of Ecuador is set to enter Ecuador all kinds of people, regardless of their criminal record, despite having public policies Ecuador for Venezuelans to enter Ecuador, however, they are not enough. Ecuador sets the budget taking into account the population, the increase of the population and the lack of sources of work, in Ecuadorian society there are many problems such as the lack of quality of life for Ecuadorians and foreigners, such as health, housing, work, food, so much so that many of the Venezuelans are engaged in begging using underage children, Therefore, it is said that Ecuador lacks public policies to ensure the migration of Venezuelans, which has generated an increase in crime in Ecuador, the lack of work for migrants, lends itself to begging, murder, extortion, assaults, robberies, which generate anxiety and fear in Ecuadorian society. The right to citizen security has been violated to Ecuadorians, due to the lack of public policies that the Government of the day has not taken into account, the constant kidnappings, assassinations, vaccinations among other crimes and the insecurity of any citizen in Ecuador, Ecuadorians were forced to close their businesses, not to leave their homes, which is one of the causes of the economic crisis suffered by Ecuadorians.
