La revocatoria definitiva de la licencia de conducir y la vulnerabilidad del derecho al trabajo, en los delitos culposos de tránsito

Art. 376 of the Code Integral Penal says that the person who drives a motor vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics, psychotropic substances or preparations containing substances and cause a traffic accident resulting dead one or more persons, shall be punished with imprisonment of ten to twelve years, final revocation of the license to drive vehicles. And according to Art. 100 of the Organic Law of Land Transport, Traffic and Road Safety, says that will be revoked the license when you come upon obstacles, incapacitating physical, mental or legally its holder to drive, lacking in the law to revoke final, and bases that this violates the rights of people prosecuted and sentenced.
