Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | A Quality Management System is a documentary-type tool that standardizes the general processes of a service or product based on quality and governed by a standard, establishes objectives and policies for the development of the service and the satisfaction of the needs of its clients. The purpose of this research is to make a proposal for the implementation of a Quality Management System for the blood chemistry area of the DETEK-TA clinical laboratory based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. To meet the established objectives a study was carried out with a qualitative and descriptive approach; in the first stage, after carrying out an initial diagnosis with an internal audit, it was identified that the area of blood chemistry has 0% compliance with the requirements of the standard, subsequently, in a second stage, the updating and design of the documentary evidence pertinent to the SGC was carried out. The implementation of the SGC proposal will allow to control of the general processes of the blood chemistry area, in the same way, guarantee the quality of the service and reduce errors to the maximum, as well as achieve global performance and provide a solid base for the strategic standards of sustainable development of the area of intervention |
