إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The Department of Health Área Winery No. 10 Cantón Saraguro is a department that meets the demands of doctors, laboratories, departments, and other operating units, which has caused considerable growth of transactions with relevant information, resulting in processes slow manual also directly affects the health area managers in making decisions as inventory control becomes a very complex process. This thesis project was developed as an alternative solution to these problems of growth through the development of a system for monitoring and tracking inventory of drugs, medical supplies and fixed assets. Its development was made using the XP methodology which helped get all the information about the needs and requirements (user stories) by the department of Bodega, once obtained the information together with the user performed the design and coding application taking into account that each user story meets functionality implemented, as well as functional tests were performed four ie one for each iteration and a final end to verify operation of the system, which allows to make the same income and expenses of medicines, medical supplies and fixed assets generate reports that support physical inventories, generate inventory reports individually and general medicines and medical supplies as well as generate reports of medicines and medical supplies that are in stock or critical are about to expire and others who are according to the requirements of the areas involved. |
