| Zusammenfassung: | The present work of thesis is based in the design of a communications system of radio over IP for the communications between the fire department of the municipality of Loja and volunteer firefighters in rural parishes in order to propose an alternative to the current radio communications system that do not allow proper communication exists for lack of coverage of the equipment that currently has the system of two-way radio of the institution. The current situation of the fire department in its communications, the number of stations that are distributed in the canton Loja and what is the coverage area of each one of them, the work done by volunteer firefighters in each of its parishes, the amount of radio equipment that are in the institution will be discussed in chapter one with the purpose of making the collection of information existing equipment for use in the design of the network in addition to know the lacks in their communications. In chapter two and three will be analyzed the technologies that will be involved in the design of the network, such as radio systems of two-way and radio equipment over IP, will be analyzed too the most important aspects of each one of them, for that the reader make a basic understanding of the system. The description of the equipment used for the network design, calculations and simulations of coverage of each one of the radio systems located in the parishes, configuring of the RoIP equipment to be connected to the radio equipment for communication via IP networks as well as a scheme where is indicated the network distribution, will be described in chapter four. The technical analysis that will intervene in the implementation of the network will be described in chapter five, the costs of all the elements that enable the network to be implemented by the fire department of the municipality of Loja and Internet benchmarks costs are described for each one of the rural parishes. Finally the materials and methods used for the elaboration of this thesis will be presented, the presentation of obtain results of the same for a further discussion and last conclusions and recommendations reached throughout the development will be presented. |
