Označite | Izvleček: | We developed the Curricular Integration Work called Proposal of a Legal, Administrative and Accounting Organization Guide for the creation of a Savings and Credit Bank in the Tenería Neighborhood to implement a support tool for the residents of the Tenería neighborhood that allows them to orient in the process of the creation of the Savings Bank, generate efficiency in the development of the activities of the Savings Bank, as well as optimize time and resources, to provide a high-quality service to its members. To achieve this result, we conducted a survey, the results of which made it possible to determine the acceptance of the creation of a savings bank in the Tenería sector. In addition, we analyzed the pertinent part of the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy concerning segment five, and; we prepared other aspects with which the operating regulations, consisting of 51 articles related to the chapters on the Purpose, scope, and domicile, members, the internal structure of the savings bank, remunerations, capital, savings, the opening of accounts, withdrawal of members, single catalog of bank accounts termination of the organization and liquidation; in the administrative part, we elaborated the structural and functional organization chart to clearly defining the hierarchical levels then we made the description of functions, where we described the obligations and attributions of each member of the Savings Bank. Finally, in the accounting area, we proposed a plan and manual of accounts based on the Manual of Accounts of the Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria, in addition to the procedures with their respective flow charts and standard entries of the activities that we can conduct in the Savings Bank; the formats for the proceedings for the management of cash, and cash equivalents, creation and control of petty cash, replenishment of the Petty Cash Fund, deposits and withdrawal of savings, the opening of accounts, and we also designed cash count; for which we designed flow charts detailing logically and sequentially the process we will follow, to promote the quality and speed of operations in an orderly way and thus reduce risks, take advantage of resources and achieve stability in the savings bank. |
