Para ello se hizo pertinente analizar el nivel de conocimientos y habilidades financieras de la población objetiva, así como también realizar un diagnóstico de causas y efectos de los socios, en el que se recalcan diversos factores como: falta de educación financiera la cual limita las prácticas financieras, así también la falta de tiempo, y la falta de interés en algunos casos, en base a esta información se desarrollaron estrategias financieras las cuales sirvieron de insumo para la realización de una cartilla financiera con sus debidas capacitaciones y prácticas financieras a llevar a cabo en los socios. En cuanto a la metodología se determinó que es de tipo exploratoria-descriptiva, ya que se realizó una investigación de campo y se observó el comportamiento de la población objetiva, se hizo una recolección de información bibliográfica relacionada con el tema, y a su vez se identificó las formas de conducta, y actitudes de los socios frente a la cultura financiera, se aplicó una muestra finita de 290 personas a encuestar con un margen de error de 0,05%. Resulto imperiosa la necesidad de fortalecer los conocimientos financieros de los socios, ya que en relación a los resultados del presente estudio, se observó que estos carecen de conceptos básicos financieros y esto como resultado, trae consigo una mala administración de sus recursos financieros, fue evidente apreciar la inexistencia de hábitos financieros, debido a la carencia de educación financiera, limitando así su capacidad para el manejo de sus finanzas, además de ello no tienen la suficiente liquidez, lo cual disminuye su capacidad de ahorro.
