| Итог: | Livestock in Ecuador and the province of Loja is a transcendental activity within the agricultural production; It is important to know the quality of the feed that feeds the cattle, an alternative for the production of fodder is through the hydroponic cultivation. Tests were carried out in hydroponic cultivation of oats and barley, with the application of macro and micronutrients, making two successive cuts, at 20 days after sowing and at 15 days after the first cut. Biomass production, nutritional value and production costs were evaluated. The treatments in the experiment were T1 = Avena + Macronutrient 5.0 ml / l + micronutrient 2.5 ml / l; T2 = Oat + Macronutrient 5.0 ml / l + micronutrient 4.0 ml / l; T3 = Oat + Macronutrient 7.0 ml / l + micronutrient 2.5 ml / l; T4 = Oat + Macronutrient 7.0 ml / l + micronutrient 4.0 ml / l; T5 = Barley + Macronutrient 5.0 ml / l + micronutrient 2.5 ml / l; T6 = Barley + Macronutrient 5.0 ml / l + micronutrient 4.0 ml / l; T7 = Barley + Macronutrient 7.0 ml / l + micronutrient 2.5 ml / l; And T8 = Barley + Macronutrient 7.0 ml / l + micronutrient 4.0 ml / l. The research was developed in two phases, one field that was carried out in the Bank of Germplasm and a laboratory phase was carried out in the Bromatological Laboratory of the UNL. Production costs were determined by FAO. In the first cut the best biomass production was reached in the T4 treatment. The best nutritional value was determined by the protein, whose best result was obtained in the T7 treatment; T6 and T3. The best MS production was achieved in T3 and T7. As for fiber the best treatments were T7 and T3. In ash and fat the best results were obtained in T2 and T7. The second cut achieved higher yields in T4 and T8. The nutritional value was determined by the protein in T3 and T8. For MS the most effective results were T3 and T6. Fiber to the second cut the best treatments were T2 and T8. As for ash and fat content the best results were obtained in T4 and T7.In terms of production costs, the most cost-effective treatment is T3 and T7.
