Sumario:This research paper entitled"Process school nursing care with emphasis on health habits for health care in year 1 parallel"B" school "Julio MaríaMatovelle"as part of Macroproyectonursing process with implementation nursing school to the good life.” The overall objective was to apply the Apply Process Nursing Care with taxonomic interrelationship NANDA -NIC- NOC 2012-2014 ; specific objectives , identify altered functional patterns in children parallel first year "B" school the model and determine Marjory Gordon frequent pattern for each altered nursing diagnoses , applying NANDA -NIC- NOC taxonomy. The present work was conducted based on the methodology of descriptive transversal action research within the field, with a population of 498 students; the sample consists of 23 children. Getting information from various sources, such as observation of the school environment and the instrument of the interview guide was a guide to the 11 functional patterns Marjory Gordon. Whereupon we got altered patterns in management - perceived health and nutritional -metabolic health habits specifically. The results were in body hygiene school 56.52 % had dirty skin, 60.87% reach the classroom with dirty hair , 82.61 % do not perform ear cleaning , 65.22 % with hands dirty at the end of the day, about 47.83 % handwashing practices it. In addition, 60.87 % schools with dental caries. KEYWORDS: Nursing Care Process - Marjory Gordon 's Functional Patterns
