Shrnutí:At present we are subject to constant changes due to the new era where there are technological, industrial and social changes that advances quickly, that is why we are becoming more maverick and want quality products, so that within the market is seeks to satisfy the needs of consumers and in this way be better against the competition. Within this change is the food industry which is responsible for transforming the products and nevertheless monopolize the demands of consumers, which in the current era is to have a balanced diet with vitamins and minerals that help fight diseases and reduce the risk of problems in the future. That is why the egg is one of the main foods in the family basket not only for its nutritional value but also for its comfortable price that is available to the consumer. For this reason, the present research project aims to carry out a feasibility study for the implementation of a poultry farm for the production and commercialization of eggs in the city of Loja, which is an investigation to measure the viability of the investment project. To determine the feasibility of the project, we start with the market study where geographic segmentation was established, which is made up of the families of the city of Loja. We quickly applied surveys to the plaintiffs and bidders in the area, giving us the result of analyzing the power demand, real and effective and therefore know the tastes and preferences of customers that will be satisfied with the product. On the other hand, the technical study was carried out where the basic and unavailable requirements for the production process were determined, such as the technological component, the installed and used capacity, the physical infrastructure, and the right macro and micro location for the project concluding that it will be located in the Jimbilla parish of the Loja canton. The company is constituted as a limited liability company Next, we proceeded with the financial study where an initial investment of $ 75,709.95 was estimated; fixed assets with a total of $ 64,516.77 dollars; deferred assets $ 2,880.00 dollars and a working capital of $ 8,313.18. The financing will be done with 53.77% of equity and 46.23% financed by the BanEcuador bank. Likewise, the annual cost of production for the first year is $ 69,857.18 and the sales revenue is $ 87,321.48, therefore, the company must have an equilibrium point of 75.22% depending on the installed capacity, depending on sales is $ 65,688.61 dollars and depending on production 883,844 units. (29,461 buckets) The present project will obtain profits in the first year of $ 10,640.23, in the same way cash flows were calculated for the ten years of useful life of the project, being for the first year $ 19,196.36 dollars and for the other years they are all positive . 5 Then the financial evaluation was carried out with their respective financial indicators, which are: Net Present Value (NPV) is $ 50,060.30; Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 29.88%; Cost Benefit Ratio (RBC) is $ 0.36 cents for every dollar invested; Capital Recovery Period (PRC) is 4 years, 9 months and 21 days; and finally, the Sensitivity Analysis shows that the project supports an increase in costs of 8.58% and a decrease in revenues of 6.34%. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations that resulted in implementing the company were elaborated, in order to reach our consumers with a high quality product
