Gaia:The present study entitled: GAMES USAGE FOR ENHANCING CREATIVITY IN CHILDREN AGED 3 TO 4 YEARS OLD, FROM “VICENTE BASTIDAS REINOSO" ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 2017-2018 ACADEMIC YEAR, IN LOJA CITY, has the general objective to determine how the use of games help to enhance creativity in children aged 3 to 4 years old, from "Vicente Bastidas Reinoso" Elementary School, 2017-2018 academic year, in Loja city. This study used the scientific method, analysis -synthesis method, deductive-inductive method and statistical method. The main techniques and instruments applied were observations, surveys, and an adaptation of Torrance's creativity test. The research sample consisted of 12 boys, 6 girls, and 2 teachers. Through the application of the adaptation of Torrance' creativity test were obtained the following results: the fluidity, flexibility, elaboration and originality were stood at medium level with an average of 59.70%. These results evidenced that using creative games certainly enhance creativity in children. Besides, the post-test results showed the increasement of two creativity components, these are; fluidity with 55.56% reached a high level, and originality with 50.00% moved from medium level to high level. Therefore, it is recommended to apply creativity games permanently and sequentially, as well as creating an ideal and stimulating environment in which the children can freely express their creativity, and thus be able to promote their total development.
